MRI Shielded Rooms and Enclosure Systems

We offer shielded rooms for EMC compliance testing and also a series of standard prefabricated rooms for MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) applications. We also manufacture MRI rooms to custom print specifications.

• The shielded rooms are customized to meet customer specific applications and the requirements of the MRI equipment by:
• Protecting the surrounding environment from exposure to high intensity magnetic fields.
• Providing an interference free environment for sensitive MRI receivers.

We can provide all the accessories that your shielded room or MRI facility may require including, power line and telecom line filters, radio frequency RF air vents, Cryogen RF waveguide pipes, penetration panels with connectors, copper ground planes, removable panels for magnet entry, ceiling hatches, RF shielded windows and sky lights.

We offer design, complete manufacturing and installation of MRI rooms. The unique modular enclosures can be adapted to fit any space available, either new buildings or existing facilities. All of our shielded enclosures exceed MRI vendor attenuation limits and provide additional shielding in the VHF - UHF frequencies. All rooms are completely prefabricated and easy to assemble on site resulting in rapid installation.

Designed specifically for medical applications the custom built shielded doors feature a damage free closure seal guaranteed to prevent EMI leakage. Our doors are constructed from lightweight materials and utilize a cam-latch making them extremely easy to operate. Brass extrusion enables the RF sealing finger stock to be completely concealed to prevent accidental damage. All doors provide a clear 4 foot X 7 foot opening with a flush door seal.
